Secure Print

 If you are not able to Print (Print documents not showing up in Printer)

There might be couple of reasons, but main reason is your Password might be expired.

• You need to change your password by Self-Service password reset https://aka.ms/sspr
• To update the password for the Printer
• Click on search and type in RUN.
• In RUN type in \\192.168.21.21 and hit enter pup up window will open prompting for password
• Login details should be Brandbank\XXXX and password (Not the PIN code or other).
• If it was successful window will open and after that you will be able to print successfully.

Note: Password will expire every 90days.
